The housing estate Salvador is notable for it’s unusual volumetric and space composition: the building will look like spaceship or rocket that highlights brightly near other buildings of the Beryeznyaki residential area. This is non-broad hint on the creation work of the great artist, Salvador Dali.
The project is not the banal “box”. The future building will be landmark and maybe a bit leading-edge to the Kyiv’s estate market.
No doubt Dali was an artist of genius. The housing estate Salvador embodies the most dare architectural ideas that break the sameness of the Kyiv’s primary market current architecture forms. This is claim of the future building to be a landmark!
The building is located in the Dnieprovsky district on the corner of the Yuri Shumskoj and Berezniakovskaya streets, on Telbin lake coast.
