About The Construction and investment company Kyiv Zhytlo-Invest limited society was found in 2001. Principal directions of the company's activity: • business and premium class housing development; • building capital investments; • projects management. The company’s projects overall area is more than 60 thous. m2. Implemented projects: • premium class housing estate Vvedensky (put into service in 2003); • business class housing and business estate Botanic Towers (put into service in 2006). In the February 2008 started the building of the business class housing estate Salvador, overall area more than 27 thous. m2. Selling start date – May 2008. By 2010 the company’s implemented projects portfolio will be supplemented with 5 another objects in the housing and commercial estate segments with overall area more than 150 thous. m2. The employees quantity – 30 persons. The company is a member of the Ukrainian building association.
